First, I cannot say enough about Hector and Bay Equity home loans! We started with quicken loans and after multiple mistakes our contract fell out of escrow. Hector immediately began analyzing our personal situation and refused to take no for an answer. He took the time to repair our credit (almost 3 months) with a personalized plan and followed up with us weekly. Then bam! We are approved! Not only did Hector get us approved but he got us a LOWER interest rate than quicken or any of the big banks. If you want someone that views your loan as someone’s home. Hector and Bay Equity Home loans is your guy.
